Trust that scaled.

How BUD took Georgina's Kitchen, India's holistic, human-grade dog nutrition brand, from a founder-led following to a full-funnel growth engine on Meta.

01 · The Problem

Pet parents don't switch brands on a whim.

Georgina's Kitchen built something rare in Indian pet care: a brand pet parents actually trust with their dog's health. It became India's first freeze-dried dog meal brand, and later the first to offer canine gut microbiome testing, real science behind every bag, not just marketing claims.

That trust is also the hardest thing to scale. Pet nutrition is an emotional, considered-purchase category: moving a dog off familiar kibble is a decision that pet parents research for weeks, not minutes. Paid media built for impulse categories, discount banners, countdown timers, tends to attract the wrong audience: bargain hunters who churn, not pet parents who stay for years of repeat meals and toppers.

The brief: build demand on a scale, on Meta, for a category that people research before they buy; without leaning on the discount mechanics that would undercut a brand built on "Healthy Dogs First."

"

In pet nutrition, you're not selling a product. You are asking someone to trust you with a family member. That trust has to survive the ad.

02 · Where We Started

No system. Just word of mouth, and a ceiling.

Before BUD, there was no paid acquisition engine running for Georgina's Kitchen. Growth existed, but it just was not visible, measured, or repeatable.

Word of Mouth
Primary Growth Channel
No structured paid acquisition system in place.
Not Tracked
Return on Ad Spend
No paid funnel running meant no ROAS to measure.
Unknown
Cost Per Acquisition
Growth was not quantified or put to cost, so it could not be optimized.
Capped
Growth Trajectory
Reliant on repeat buyers and referrals, with no clear lever to push past the ceiling.
03 · Our Approach

Four channels, one considered-purchase funnel.

Rather than a single paid-media push, we built a system: full-funnel Meta campaigns backed by organic infrastructure that let pet parents research Georgina's Kitchen on their own terms before they bought.

04 - The Metrics Today

Same brand. Same values. The system behind it now.

Every metric below is a real result from the account, surfaced in the order they would matter most to the business.

05 · The Takeaway

Trust does not disappear when you scale. Build the system right, and it compounds.

Georgina's Kitchen did not need a louder brand, it needed a system that could carry its existing trust to more pet parents, without asking it to behave like an impulse-purchase category. Eight months of full-funnel Meta activity, backed by SEO, social and content working as one engine, turned a word-of-mouth ceiling into a measured, repeatable growth channel.

The result is not just a strong ROAS. It is proof that a considered-purchase brand can scale on performance media without trading away the thing that made people trust it in the first place.
